God's Way of Blessings

There are Different Giving that the People of the world are practicing
Charitable Giving
Fund raising for a cause
Sharing to a foundation
Philantrophical Giving 
Government aide and Social Services

I. The Biblical Giving is the Reflection of the soul of the person - Acts 2:32
Soul - is the real person or the real you. It is our heart, mind and will. 

I. The Biblical Giving is the Reflection of the soul of the person

a. Giving is the matter of the Heart
Attitude of the heart - Acts 4:32, 2 Cor. 8:8, I Thes. 2:4, I Chro. 29:3

b. Giving is the mindfulness of the Head.  Acts 2:41-45, Acts 20:35, Deut. 8:2, 11, 17.

c. Giving is the movement of the hand. Acts 20:34, Deut. 8:17, Prov. 3:27

d. Giving is the ministry of the Holy Spirit

II. The Biblical Giving is the Reverence of the Supremacy of God.
a. Giving is an act of worship. - Deut. 11:26
b. Giving is an adoration to our creator. - Chro. 16:24, Ps. 96:9
c. Giving is an acknowledgment that God owns everything

III. Biblical Giving is recorded and written in the Holy Scripture to be perform by the Saints
a. According to your faith
b. According to your faithfulness
c. According to the measure of the fullness you give. 
d. According to your fulfillment 

IV. Biblical Giving Requires God to send supply of his blessings. - Phil. 4:19, 2 Sam. 7:28, Psa. 66:13, Psa. 76:11, Psa. 116:14, Ecc. 5:14, John 17:17

Paul does not say can, He did not say will, he said Shall.
Why?

Can - Ability that is inherent to a person. It his natural capacity
Will - used to express his desire, choices, consent
Shall - used to express command or exhortation. used as laws or directives. to express what is mandatory.
