What will excites us in the Work of God or in the Ministry? (sermon)

 Text: I Thess. 2:18-19

Title: What will excites us in the Work of God or in the Ministry? 
Acts 20:24
Intro:
  The word Excites means- to energize, 
  To fired up, to encourage and to motivate us to move.
   Today, we are living in a time where the things of God becomes ordinary and a lot of God’s people are no longer excited of the things of God.

     It happened during the time of Habakkuk, in the time of David even in our 
time.Habakkuk 3:1-2, Psalm 85:4, 2Tim3

Many times many of God’s people are living in Spiritual coldness, spiritual
 Dryness & experiencing a natural death

       Are you one them?
This is our Missions month and our Anniversary and Missions conference is coming. I believed, only those that are involved in Missions, soul winning and giving are excited of this coming event.

    For me this is one of the highlight of my Christian life in the ministry, where I can hear testimonies, preaching to inspire me in the service of God where I can be fueled, challenged and do my best to God in order to be an encouragement to others.

    “The question is?”
     Are you excited in your christian life?
    Are you giving your best to God?

Points:
A. The lost people that we won to the 
         Lord. ( IThess. 1:1-9), 2:19-20
     Note: ICor. 16: 17-22
    1. Their conversion which  is genuine
    2. The changed of life that helps them 
          to grow spiritually & inspire others
    3. Their commitments that is governed
          by the principles of God
       
B. The principles that we learned from the 
       Word of God  
    1. The principle of loving people
    2. The principle of living by faith
    3. The principle of laboring in the work
           of God

C. The preaching of the Word of God that
       Changed the life of those who are truly
       Saved - 1: 9, 2: 13
     1. They turned to God from idols to 
          Serve the Living and the True God
     2. They became a living witness of the
          Living Savior
     3. They became a blessing to the
          Ministry of the Man of God

D. The progress of the Church that we are
       apart of.
      1. Spiritual progress
      2. Numerical growth of the Church
      3. Missionaries establishing churches
      4. Multiplication of people surrendering to the Lord for full time Christian service

E. The project of the church that we are 
      working day by day and little by little by the Grace of God.
      1. Unbelievable but true
      2. Undeniable and challenging
      3. Untiring and enjoyable

Conclusion:
       How is your Christian life? 
    Are you Enjoying or enduring?
   Are you productive or unproductive?
